Job Purpose

To provide reliable and organised administrative support to advisers and the Client Servicing team, ensuring client records, tasks, and communications are accurate, compliant, and progressing in line with Trinity processes.

This role is suited to someone who is highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage their workload independently while working from home, whilst remaining engaged and accountable within a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Systems Support

  • Maintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office (IO) and related systems

  • Upload, name, and file documents in line with Trinity standards

  • Update internal trackers, workflows, and task lists

  • Manage allocated tasks and deadlines independently

Client & Provider Support

  • Assist with drafting and issuing client correspondence

  • Chase outstanding information from providers and clients

  • Log incoming documents and service requests accurately

  • Escalate issues or missing information appropriately

Process & Compliance Support

  • Follow Trinity SOPs, workflows, and checklists

  • Ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready

  • Identify and flag missing or inconsistent information

  • Support data cleansing and process improvement work

Remote Working & Accountability

  • Plan and structure their working day effectively in a home-based environment

  • Remain responsive on Teams and email during core working hours

  • Take ownership of tasks from allocation through to completion

  • Proactively communicate progress, capacity, or blockers

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Comfortable following structured processes and checklists

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Intelligent Office desirable)

  • Experience working remotely or managing workload independently

Working Pattern

  • Fully remote (UK-based)

  • Full-time or part-time considered

  • Monday–Friday

  • Core availability during standard UK business hours

Salary

  • £22,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • Pro-rata if part-time
