Real estate investment/long lease agreement
You must purchase a property worth at least €700,000 or;
Rent a property of at least €16,000/year for a minimum of five years
Charitable donation
You must donate at least €10,000 to an approved sector. This can include animal welfare, culture or artistic non-governmental organization
